Our service department is staffed with trained, knowledgeable people ready to help you with prompt responses and suitable solutions.  While most enclosure manufacturers warrant products for as little as 90 days, we back up what we make with our unrivaled THREE-YEAR Pro Metal Craft enclosure warranty.  This represents the best coverage in the industry and proves our commitment to the quality, serviceability and long-term value of Pro Metal Craft products.

There is NO registration card to complete or online submission required to qualify for our warranty.   In the event of a warranty claim just email a copy of your invoice along with photos and description of the issue and we’ll send you a replacement part as quickly as possible.

PRO METAL CRAFT Limited Enclosure Warranty Terms:

The Pro Metal Craft THREE YEAR WARRANTY period begins at either: (a) the date of original purchase – original customer proof of purchase required (b) the date the product was originally shipped from Pro Metal Craft – if original customer proof of purchase is not available.

During the time of this warranty, Pro Metal Craft will provide replacement of any defective parts without charge.

Pro Metal Craft will pay for freight charges via ground service to all customers within the continental USA and Canada. Customers outside this region are required to pay the shipping costs.

This warranty is transferable to any company who may subsequently purchase the product during this time or have it integrated into their systems.

This warranty excludes the following conditions: normal wear and tear, misuse, customer negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic damage and damage incurred during shipment.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties whether written, expressed, or implied.  In no event will Pro Metal Craft be liable for lost profits or any other incidental, consequential or Exemplary damages, even if Pro Metal Craft is aware of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will Pro Metal Craft’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from State to State or Province to Province. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, so some of the limitations of the above may not apply to some customers.

This warranty covers the cost of defective parts and shipment of same to the customer’s location.  Installation to be done by the customer – at their expense – without negating the product warranty.  Fees apply to any field installation performed by Pro Metal Craft or its authorized contractors.  In the event the defective component is no longer available, Pro Metal Craft reserves the right to substitute a suitable replacement part.
