Custom Fabrication

Powder Coating

We’ve done motorcycle, bicycle and car parts and even refinishing of patio furniture. Much of the work we do is for industrial and commercial customers in the Detroit/Windsor area. Our coatings protect ferrous and non-ferrous substrates; including steel, aluminum, stainless, and die castings. This includes pretty much any metal part you may have.
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services are suitable for low-volume prototyping or high-volume production runs. Both are cost-effective options for your manufacturing needs. Laser cutting offers you the flexibility of having parts built rapidly and on-demand with virtually no setup costs unlike other machining processes. Order a single prototype piece or 10,000 production parts. We can do it all.
Laser cutting offers greater precision than oxyfuel, plasma or waterjet cutting. We can cut mild steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, and exotic alloys. Our Fiber laser is great for cutting and etching a wide range of material thicknesses. We have application engineers to guide you toward the best option for your desired outcome.
Metal Forming
Over the years we have learned that metal forming customers rely intensely on repeatability and precision. Parts always have to arrive with unwavering accuracy on the promised delivery date. To maintain industry standards for accuracy issue we use only Haco and Promecam CNC Press Brakes and DAVI and Samson CNC Rollers. To keep our delivery promises we have dedicated experts using a proven in-house process that continually exceeds expectations. The parts arrive when we say they’ll arrive. That’s our pledge.
