We know the importance of on-time delivery. If an enclosure arrives late it can adversely affect your reputation. We take that responsibility very seriously.
“If we are more than a day late getting your enclosure off our dock we’ll pick up the shipping costs.”
Don’t get too excited about the prospect of free shipping. It hasn’t happened often.
The guarantee is applicable when:
- the original order is placed with our original delivery estimate
- there have been no modifications made after entering the design process
- we’ve received 24-hour approval to our construction drawings
- we’ve not agreed to accommodate accelerated delivery conditions
- Acts of God don’t interfere
